Our Team
Lisa Menuto - Owner
Lisa Menuto started in the modeling and promotion industry in 2000. By 2002, she was touring as the face of many high-profile products and services such as X-Box, Nintendo, Pepsi, Go-Daddy launching major marketing promotions around the country. After graduating from the University of South Florida in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree, she entered a more administrative role and headed entire markets for different products and services with entire teams of brand ambassadors working under her supervision across multiple locations. Identifying the most effective print and marketing strategies for different products and services is one of the key traits she brings with her to The Print Shop.
Frank Barton - President/Graphics
In 2002, following schooling for Art and Graphic Design, Frank began his career at Gotcha Graphics and signs. While there he was sent to an intense 24-week training in signage and wrapping 3-D objects (namely vehicles, bikes, boats, and small planes) in vinyl. After receiving his certification he returned to Oldsmar, Florda, from California, to become head of the Graphics and Production Departments at Gotcha Graphics. His responsibilities included creating and designing the art, printing it and applying it to the finished product. It was a supervisory role that included running the customer service department, client intake, and billing.
In 2007, he was hired by a local commercial printer in the graphics department. There, he was the lead designer and worked his way up to assisting the owner with all the day-to-day activity of the business, and soon after running it on his own due to the owner's illness. In November of 2015 he left this position and became the President of Menuton inc. and The Print Shop.
Community Service
We here at The Print Shop strive to bring you quality printing but we also strive to give back to the community. Especially, the younger generation. Lisa and Frank have spent 15 years in the BSA Scouting Organization as leaders and counselors. Helping teach the next generation of leaders vital life skills as well as service to others and our Country. Taking timeout tochaperone young people to go camping and participate in service projects where they learn to take care of themselves and others is rewarding and fulfilling. We also volunteer in the Little League program teaching young boys and girls Baseball. Frank has managed teams of players aged 5 to16 and umpires games to help support the league to this day. Lisa also volunteered with the league for over a decade as a team mom, and looks forward to doing it again when baby Lincoln is old enough to play. She took care of the team schedule, handled opening day pictures, organized parents to bring refreshments for the kids, kept score during the games, tracked stats and pitch counts, and made sure every kid had a way to every game. She also organized the team end-of-year party at the Clearwater Threashers games. The kids would get to take the field with the players at the beginning of the game and hear their name called out over the announcement system. It was a highlight of the season (off the field), one the kids looked forward to every year.
